Our Experience Support Assistants play a critical role in our overall operations. The team carry out a multitude of back of house tasks to keep operations running smoothly, including preparation, set-up, and organising equipment and supplies, to enable the experience team to provide a world-class visitor experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the operations run seamlessly within Johnnie Walker Princes Street. This involves working with all our departments (Food & Beverage, Retail & Experience Operations). You’ll be responsible for receiving deliveries, organising and replenishing stock, ensuring all back-office operations are complete and ensure visitor facing areas are presentable and in order.

To be successful, you’ll have strong communication and organisational skills, preferably, having worked in the retail or hospitality industry. Alongside an ability to work to high standards in a fast-paced environment, guided by a customer-first mindset. You’ll have a high level of organisational skills and follow all established operating procedures to exceed operation requirements, and ensure visitors and staff receive the highest standard of quality, safety, and service levels at all times.
