Through artificial intelligence, image recognition and machine learning, the Diageo TRAX app collects, measures, and analyses what’s happening on store shelves and back bars so that you can translate everyday store images into key insights. With an objective measure of our execution standards, you’ll use data to effectively plan and deliver excellence, giving you the edge when it comes to selling and helping our customers grow.

EDGE 365

Our bespoke platform digitises and simplifies our sales activities, helping you to be more effective in your sales role, no matter where you are in the world.

With real time access to insights, data, and advanced analytics, you’ll spot opportunities and priorities easily. Plan your customer visits, quickly access brand and promotional information, product recommendations, training tools, and much more - all giving you time to do what you love best with a competitive advantage, selling with more customer face time.

Assess Coach Track

To help unlock sales performance, we have developed the ACT (Assess Coach Track) learning methodology – a powerful tool for our people managers to help you identify skills gaps as well as learning and development opportunities tailored to your specific needs. Field Sales

Through building first-hand relationships with our customers at the point of sale, you’ll help make our products available, visible, attractive, recommended, and served perfectly every time.

Brand Ambassadorship

You'll be an advocate for our much-loved brands, telling their story to create customer loyalty and demand. Innovating and inspiring others, you'll recruit new customers to our consumer products category.

Account Distributor Management

As a Customer or Distribution Manager, you’ll identify new commercial opportunities, invest in new channels or regions, collaborate in creative ways with our partners, and execute programmes to create value for the business and our customers.

Revenue Growth and Customer Activation

Our Customer Marketing teams focus on delighting our customers with the brilliant execution of our plans. You might specialise in:

  • Category Development: creating strategies and plans to grow the whole category and proposing opportunities to transform retail
  • Shopper Marketing & Innovation: creating new programmes that attract consumers to our brands and premium drinks categories
  • Commercial Planning & Activation: writing channel and promotional plans that help achieve sales and margin targets whilst meeting customers needs
