Here, you’ll report on and analyse our key risks and provide independent and objective assurance on our capacity to manage risk.
Global Business Development
In this team, you'll aim to maximise and protect shareholder value on business development transactions, such as:
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
- Joint ventures/strategic relationships
- Equity transactions involving third parties
Group Strategy
By joining our Group Strategy team, you'll work with leaders across our organisation to resolve high-stake issues, find opportunities, and create possibilities. Core responsibilities include corporate strategy, multi-market strategic issues, and developing market strategy execution.
Investor Relations
Join this team and you’ll ensure that our investors and other key financial stakeholders have the appropriate understanding of our business, including historical performance and future strategic objectives—all to support sound investment decision-making.
Tax
Within our Global Tax Department, you'll find global roles that are accountable for the design and implementation of tax strategies, policies, and the tax governance framework. You may also be responsible for the provision of tax support to our business units, delivery of projects to create shareholder value, and proactive management and mitigation of key tax risks.
Treasury
Group Treasury operates across London and Budapest. As part of this team, you'll carry out a full range of Treasury activities, including group funding, investment of funds, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, cash management, risk financing, and corporate finance.
In addition, you'll act as an advisor for wider business decision-making. Together with the team, you'll seek to add value to our business through the design and implementation of appropriate policies, procedures controls, the reduction of volatility, and, within policy guidelines, the minimisation of funding and other related costs.
