I&D is at the heart of everything we do. In 2023, we ranked second globally in Equileap’s 2023 Gender Equality Global Report, spotlighting our high representation across leadership, as well as our industry-leading Family Leave Policy.
In May 2023, we were awarded Platinum Global Champion for Supplier Diversity & Inclusion in recognition of our tireless work in sourcing from diverse groups including ethnically diverse, women, LGBTQIA+, and disabled-owned businesses.

Supporting our ESG agenda
We're deeply committed to promoting the importance of moderate drinking as we seek to drive a triple win for our communities, consumers, and society. In the last year, we reached over 335,000 with our DrinkIQ platform to help educate people on the benefits of moderate consumption. We're very proud of our ‘Wrong Side of the Road’ campaign designed to highlight the dangers of drinking and driving, and our ‘Kind’ program has educated more than 20,000 teenagers on the risks of underage drinking.
Learning for Life is our flagship 5-week bartender training program for unemployed adults and underrepresented groups, providing premium bartending courses and coaching to help participants secure a job in hospitality. In the last year, we had over 1,200 graduates from the program and our Diageo Bar Academy trained over 8,750 bar staff.
Our employee-led resource groups, Spirited Women, Wellbeing Warriors, Sustainability Warriors, the Rainbow network, and the Proost Group, help to drive our inclusive culture and have real business impact.
