Australia

Supply Chain and Technical Internships

We offer part-time, paid internships for six months to students currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, Business or Supply Chain. You can choose from internships across a wide range of business areas, including Asset Care, Sustainability, Engineering, Product Engineering, Transport and Logistics, Planning and Operations.

Working in our manufacturing site in Huntingwood, you’ll immerse yourself in the exciting world of consumer product manufacturing. You'll have the satisfaction of seeing the journey our extraordinary products make from liquid to pallet and get insight into end-to-end supply chain management. You'll be involved in different projects and help overcome manufacturing and operations challenges. In other words, you'll get hands-on, real-life experience.

You'll also get paired up with industry-leading mentors, who'll support you throughout your internship and give you the soft skills you need to grow and realise your fullest potential. Gaining exposure to several areas within our business, you'll be able to build your own network of people who will support you now and long into the future.

Bundaberg Distillery Internship

We offer part-time, paid summer internships for 3 months to students currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science at our Bundaberg Rum Distillery, located in Bundaberg, Queensland.

You'll be a part of the Governance & Quality team, working on projects within our lab. And you'll get exposure to many projects and roles within our site. Together with your colleagues — from fellow newbies to seasoned pros — you'll nurture the high-quality standards that characterises our iconic brands.

You'll also get paired up with industry-leading mentors, who'll support you throughout your internship and give you the soft skills you need to grow and realise your fullest potential. Your mentor will help ensure that the projects you’re leading are giving you practical experience in your chosen field.

Please note: to be an intern with us, you must have completed at least two years of coursework towards a bachelor’s degree. You must have unrestricted authorisation to work in Australia for the hours required of the internship and be of legal drinking age by the time you start work.

Diageo Colombia Interns Programmes

We offer 6-month / 1-year paid internships in different areas across the business with real opportunity to make your mark. From day one, you’ll be fully supported so that you can flourish during your internship. In all of our programmes, you’ll have the chance to experience real-world, on-the-job experience, having the support of a coach and a mentor that will be guiding you during your journey from the start.

HR

On our HR internship, you’ll gain a real breadth of experience across Talent Engagement, Talent Management, Learning and Development and work closely with HR Directors and Business Partners. With innovative and exciting projects to be involved with, you have every opportunity to make an impact – and you’ll be supported and your contribution celebrated along the way.

Sales Operations

Our Sales Operations Internship allows you to experience Commercial Sales real-world interactions with some of the world's most iconic brands. You’ll be immersed in the sales process by Focusing on Execution and Customer Marketing. You’ll discover everything you need to know about our brands, competitors, customers, and market.

Marketing

Support the execution agenda, evolution, and implementation of our marketing strategies for some of the world’s most iconic brands across multiple channels. The world is changing faster than ever - it’ll be your job to stay two steps ahead and help our brands keep up with these changes. From developing and launching marketing campaigns, to analysing insights and data for enhanced performance and growth, your contribution will be celebrated throughout.

Finance

Gain experience across Financial Planning, Financial Control and Taxes. You'll assist with a wide range of planning, forecasting and analytics, developing insights at strategic, market and regional level to help us better anticipate risks and identify growth opportunities. You’ll learn more about the design and implementation of tax strategies, policies, and frameworks, supporting on the delivery of projects across the team. Your work will help shape the future of our business and you'll get all the support you need to reach your fullest potential.

To be an intern in our Financial Planning Program you must be studying a Finance, Accounting, or related degree.

Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes play a vital role across all of our brands. During the program, you'll learn all about the different elements that come together to get our brands ready for consumers to enjoy in celebrations big or small all over the world. From Inventory Management (managing whisky stock records, third-party customer service, and HMRC owner & site location compliance) to Quality (sample ordering, record management, and HMRC compliance), there is so much for you to learn on this programme. You’ll have all the support you need to help you flourish.

Customer Relations

From helping to support our social agenda and responsibility strategy, to preparing communications and supporting campaign initiatives, you’ll work closely with the experts in the team to help shape the future of our business and much loved brands.

Legal

From managing legal contracts and processes, to reviewing key items across wider projects, and supporting the implementation, execution, and logistics of the training and communications plan offered by the area to employees and third parties, you’ll gain a broad perspective across the legal function. With the support of your colleagues, you’ll learn everything you need to know to help you thrive during your internship.

Paraguay, Uruguay, and Brazil

We offer full-time, paid internships in a variety of business areas for students currently pursuing an undergraduate or technical degree.

You'll work on a variety of both local and global projects, whether it's in Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Finance, or Human Resources. This means you'll build your own network of people who will support you now and long into the future.

Mexico

We offer part-time, paid internships across a wide range of business areas for students currently pursuing an undergraduate in any field.

You'll have the opportunity to learn about our roles in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, or Supply Chain. For 12 months, you'll be engaged in different local projects while getting on-the-job training. Regardless of which business area your internship focuses on, you'll gain mentorship, skills, knowledge, and experience that will help you throughout your career.

To be an intern with us, you only need to be graduated from your university in December 2023 or June 2024.

North America

MBA Internships

We offer full-time, paid summer internships for students currently pursuing an MBA degree in the United States.

You’ll get hands-on experience working on projects that have an immediate impact on our business. You’ll immerse yourself in one of our key organisational units, interacting with your team and senior management through project work as well as educational and cultural events. You’ll also receive individual coaching and training from your manager and continue your professional development through dedicated performance feedback discussions.

Great Britain

We offer 10 week paid internships in Human Resources, Finance, and Sales . If you complete a successful internship, you'll have the chance to be offered a permanent position in one of our Graduate Programmes after graduation.

Across all of our internships in Great Britain, you'll learn through a combination of training with a learning curriculum, mentoring and coaching from talented colleagues, and, most importantly, real-world, on-the-job experience.

Join us for a summer internship and get first-hand experience of a Finance career working with some of the most iconic brands in the world.

During the internship, you'll have the opportunity to experience and excel in one of the areas within Finance, such as statutory and regulatory reporting; planning, budgeting and forecasting; risk management and business assurance; project and activity appraisal; preparing and maintaining accounts or capital and project management. You'll learn to understand the story behind numbers — what they say about our current performance and what might be on the horizon — and get insight into things like how to plan where and when to market our brands and whether to launch new products and campaigns.

To be an intern on our Finance Programme you must be studying a Finance, Accounting or related degree.
