Create the magic behind the scenes

Our 25 Spirit of Progress targets underpin our 10-year ESG action plan to help create a more inclusive and sustainable world and are aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

Launch a rewarding career

On our Supply Chain and Manufacturing graduate scheme, you'll help source, produce and deliver over 230 million equivalent units of iconic products every year, sold across 180 countries around the world. From day one, you'll do work that's crucial for the future of our iconic brands — like Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Baileys, and Captain Morgan — and our business.

In an inclusive culture, you'll be encouraged to voice your ideas whilst being celebrated for your contributions. And together with colleagues all around the globe, you'll innovate and push boundaries, improving our processes and creating a more sustainable tomorrow.

Gain the experience you need

You'll have exciting opportunities to work in a variety of areas within Supply Chain and Manufacturing. For instance, you may learn about how we empower our people, grow our brands, and innovate our business to reduce our environmental footprint. Or you may learn about the manufacturing process behind our much-loved products—how we bring together the materials and ingredients to produce them and ensure they successfully reach their shelf on the market.

Crucially, you'll also have the chance to experience how we do things first-hand. You might, for example, see how we produce our iconic Captain Morgan rum in the United States, or visit Ireland to discover how we make Guinness, the world's number one stout.

Find where you want to join us

We have Supply Chain and Manufacturing graduate programmes available across the world, including Australia, North America, South Africa, and various locations across Europe, such as Türkiye, England (London), Ireland, Scotland, the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and Italy. Programmes last from two to three years.

Create a future worth celebrating

The products we supply and the challenges we face vary from country to country. So, wherever you join us, you'll learn to see everything you do from an international perspective. We'll help you build a global network of people and give you insight into what it means to be part of an international organisation.

Whatever your role, you'll play an important part in building a more sustainable tomorrow. For instance, you may look at ways to drive our Spirit of Progress sustainability targets, help develop more cost-effective bottling techniques, or create innovative new packaging methods.

That's also why we want you to be you. Because when varied passions, perspectives, experiences and expertise come together, great ideas are born. Just come as you are, and you'll get empowered to be true to yourself and reach your full potential. You'll also enjoy an attractive reward and benefits package as your career unfolds.
