Don Julio González began his tequila making journey in 1942 in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. His pioneering vision redefined tequila, focusing on quality over quantity. Today, we still honour his legacy by: 

  • Using only 100% Blue Weber Agave, carefully cultivated in Jalisco’s rich clay soil.
  • Using a slow cooking process in masonry ovens, fermentation with a, unique yeast strain, and double distillation in pot stills.
  • Aging beyond the minimum industry standards in ex-bourbon American white oak barrels to achieve extraordinary flavour.
