We are delighted that Diageo continues to be recognised externally for our progress in gender equality. In the 2026 FTSE Women Leaders Review, we retained our position as number one for female representation at Board level, as well as seventh for women in leadership.
While these results reflect meaningful progress, we know there is more to do. A workplace that embraces inclusion and diversity is not only a better place for everyone, it also strengthens business performance. By continuing to hold ourselves accountable and championing gender equity across every part of our organisation, we can build a stronger, more inclusive Diageo for today and for the future.
