Jillian Fisher recognised in Management Today’s 35 Under 35 list for 2022

14 Jul 2022

Fourteen years ago, Jillian joined Diageo as an apprentice looking to pursue a career in STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and she’s now part of our Global Sustainability Team. In her role, she’s responsible for building sustainability plans for our ‘Grain to Glass’ focus areas. These are designed to help us achieve our 2030 sustainability goals.

Jillian works closely with manufacturing, operational and brand teams around the world to ensure we reach our 2030 Grain to Glass commitments.

"I am really honoured to be recognised on a list of such talented women. My advice to anyone looking to progress in their career in STEM would be to put your best foot forward and keep stepping, even the minimum of achievements will be progress"

Jillian Fisher

Beer and Baileys Sustainability Lead

"It’s fantastic to see Jillian included in Management Today’s 35 Under 35 list for 2022. Jillian is a tremendous asset, combining her broad technical understanding and experience in brewing with an innate curiosity, and a passion for sustainability to great effect. This passion extends outside Diageo where Jillian is a great advocate for sustainability, youth development and women in STEM.  We are lucky to have a person of her talent and dedication, and I look forward to seeing the great things that Jillian delivers on our 2030 journey."
