Diageo employee recognised in the flexible working Timewise Power List

James Ashall, Diageo in Society Transformation Director, is named in the 10th annual Power List, published today by Timewise.

The Timewise Power List is an annual celebration of the most outstanding senior business figures that work flexibly from across the UK.

This is the sixth consecutive year that a Diageo employee has featured in the Power List, with a total of seven individuals recognised since it began in 2012. James is responsible for embedding Spirit of Progress, Diageo’s 10-year action plan to create a more inclusive and sustainable world, across the business, all while balancing his family and home life and working a four-day week.

Commenting on James’s inclusion on the list, Laura Sawyer, Diageo’s Head of Talent Engagement in Europe said:
