Diageo plc publishes restated regional financial results

This document contains selected unaudited restated historical regional financial results for Diageo for fiscal years ended 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2026. Following the changes to Diageo’s regional reporting structure, effective from fiscal 27, this restatement aligns our external reporting with our new market and regional operating framework. This document has been published in order to help the understanding of Diageo's past performance and financial position on the restated basis.

Under the new structure, Diageo will continue to report five regions, as follows:

  • North America
  • Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), combining the former Europe and Africa regions
  • Asia Pacific (APAC), excluding India and including Global Travel
  • Latin America and Caribbean (LAC)
  • India, reported as a standalone region

East African Breweries plc (EABL) is restated under EMEA for fiscal 25 and fiscal 26. In fiscal 27, this will be reported within Corporate, pending completion of the announced disposal.

We have also made changes to the allocation of certain global and centrally managed activities to better align results with where those businesses are managed.

  • Global Travel is now reported fully within Asia Pacific, having previously been reported across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Caribbean and Africa.
  • A greater proportion of global and centrally managed costs, including overheads and certain supply chain costs, are now reported within Corporate rather than allocated across the regions.

These changes do not affect Diageo’s previously reported Group results, including Group reported net sales, organic net sales growth, operating profit or operating margin. They change only the allocation of results between regions and Corporate.

The tables below set out restated quarterly, half-year and full-year fiscal 25 and fiscal 26 results by region and Corporate, including reported net sales, organic net sales growth, organic volume growth, reported operating profit and organic operating profit growth.
