Diageo completes sale of Guinness Cameroon S.A. to Castel Group

Diageo today announces that it has completed the sale of Guinness Cameroon S.A., it’s brewery in Cameroon, to Castel Group. The sale was announced on 14 July 2022.

Castel will take over the production and nationwide distribution of Guinness in Cameroon under a licence and royalty agreement reflecting Diageo’s efficient and flexible beer operating model.
