We’re proud to be joining a group of the world’s biggest companies and brands to launch a major awareness campaign, “The World’s To-Do List”. The campaign is designed to urge people to show their support for, and action towards, achieving the 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development (SDG), a plan adopted by all UN member states in 2015 to end poverty, conquer inequality and tackle the climate crisis by 2030.

We are the business champion of Sustainable Development Goal 6: “Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all”. By 2030 we have committed to replenishing all direct consumptive water used in water stressed areas, a 30% improvement in water use efficiency globally and 40% in water stressed areas and to complete 150 community water projects, including providing access to clean water, sanitation and hygiene. “Water is our most important ingredient, but is also a precious shared resource which is coming under increasing pressure in many parts of the world. The World’s To Do List provides an opportunity for us to highlight the importance of SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation for all to a global audience.” Michael Alexander, Head of Environment

The campaign brings to life why the Goals are the World’s To-Do List for people and the planet using sticky notes which re-imagine the Goals as a series of short actionable ‘to do’s’. They set a clear reminder for people that they have the power to act on the world’s climate issues, they just need to turn the to-do list into action.
