Annual General Meeting 2025

30 September 2025: The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Diageo plc will be held on Thursday,
6 November 2025 at 2.30pm at Convene 133 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7DB. This year’s AGM will again be held as a hybrid, combined physical and electronic, meeting using the online Lumi platform with an additional telephone facility for questions.

We encourage shareholders to participate in the AGM through the Lumi platform, which can be accessed by following the instructions in the Notice of Meeting. Shareholders will also be able to submit such questions in advance of the AGM by sending them via email to [email protected]. Shareholders attending the meeting in person will be able to register from 1.30pm.

Should it become necessary or appropriate to revise the current arrangements for the AGM, details of any such changes will be made available on www.diageo.com and via a stock exchange announcement, as required by our articles of association.
