What's stuck out to you the most since joining Diageo?
When I joined Diageo 10 years ago, I could never have predicted the incredible trajectory my career would take. With a background in finance and a keen interest in IT, I began my journey in the finance department, focusing on overhead governance, tax compliance, and KPI management.
Over the years, I was fortunate to explore different roles and departments, each offering new challenges and opportunities that have shaped my career and personal growth. Today, I’m the Product Manager for our highest NSV region, North America, where I oversee a financial performance management application.
How does your role help you to continuously grow in your career?
This role perfectly blends my passion for numbers with my love for technology. It’s incredibly rewarding to work at the intersection of finance and technology, solving complex problems and developing innovative solutions that deliver tangible business results.
Looking back, what stands out the most to me is the journey itself—the progression from a finance-focused role to a more expansive understanding of the business. Each position has taught me something valuable, not just about the organization, but about myself as well. The flexibility and encouragement I’ve received to explore new opportunities at Diageo have been integral to my development.
What is it about our culture that stands out to you?
Beyond the work itself, the sense of community at Diageo has been one of the most meaningful aspects of my experience. From day one, I’ve felt a true sense of belonging. The people here foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and support, making it clear that Diageo is not just a job but a place where your voice matters. Here, my contributions are valued, and I’m encouraged to bring my whole self to work every day.
Reflecting on my 10 years here, I am proud of how far I’ve come and deeply grateful for the journey. Diageo is a company that truly invests in its people, and I am excited to see where my next chapter will take me.
What’s exciting about your role?
In my current role, I take great pride in being part of a team that’s shaping the future of data analytics for finance. Each day presents new opportunities to innovate, learn, and make an impact. I get to work on large and small scale projects, engage and collaborate with different departments, create new products and improve existing ones – and the list goes on and on. This dynamic environment is what excites me most about working at Diageo—the constant evolution and the opportunity to contribute to something meaningful.

The D&T organization offers much more than people might anticipate. While every role is rooted in technology, we are a diverse organization that offers roles that require hard and soft skills as well.
