How to apply

We want it to be easy for you to apply to our graduate schemes. So, here's a step-by-step guide explaining the process so that you can be fully prepared.

“Don’t try to be the perfect professional person, instead show up as your authentic self. Diageo isn't looking for a finished product for their graduate schemes, they're looking for someone who’s passionate and willing to learn and grow.”

This part of the application will take you about 30 minutes to complete and can easily be done on your laptop or smartphone. Once you've played them, you'll receive a personalised report that will support your future growth.

Video interview

We'll ask you to complete a video interview via HireVue. It will take about 30 minutes. The interview will give us a chance to get to know you better and learn more about your passions, interests, and purpose through a series of questions. Don't worry about having to come up with answers on the spot—you'll have the chance to practise your responses beforehand.

Virtual assessment centre

Lastly, we'll invite you to a virtual assessment centre. This step of the application process is a challenge, but a fun one. You'll learn about our business, culture, and graduate schemes, and we'll get to learn even more about you. There'll be several exercises where you'll get the opportunity to show all the qualities that make you unique—just bring your creativity, ideas, and passion, and the rest will follow! You'll also have the chance to ask any questions you may have to us.
