Stephanie Childs is Executive Vice President, Corporate Relations, for Diageo North America, the largest and most economically significant region of a publicly traded global premium beverage alcohol company. She serves on the North America executive leadership team and advises senior leadership on geopolitical risk, regulatory strategy, enterprise reputation, and stakeholder governance across the United States and Canada.

In her role, Stephanie shapes Diageo’s engagement across complex regulatory environments, federal and state policy landscapes, and cross-sector partnerships. She leads enterprise positioning on alcohol responsibility, sustainability, and market access, aligning public policy strategy with long-term commercial performance. Under her leadership, Diageo strengthened its standing in key federal policy reviews, secured a $75 million U.S. Department of Energy grant advancing clean energy initiatives, and launched national responsible consumption coalitions and public-private partnerships with organizations including Mothers Against Drunk Driving and the National Football League.

Stephanie brings more than 25 years of executive experience across highly regulated, global consumer and technology sectors. Prior to joining Diageo, she served as Vice President, Global Government Relations at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where she integrated public policy strategy with enterprise transformation initiatives. She previously held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Avaya, and the United States Postal Service, and served in advisory positions within the U.S. Department of Commerce, the White House, and the United States Senate.

She currently serves on the boards of Mothers Against Drunk Driving, American Distilled Spirits Alliance, the British American Business Council and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia. She resides in Washington, D.C.
