Job Title: Process Analyst, Bank and Treasury Operations

Role Responsibilities:

The role reports to Bank Ops IHC Manager and responsible for the following areas:

1. Accounting, clearing and issue resolution of NAM group cash and loan operations (including full ownership of DIC)

2. Complete regular analytical review of DIC's lending operations

3. Review and approve payments routed through the team for accuracy and compliance

4. Reconciliation review for GL reconcilations owned by the team

5. Act as Bank Ops SME in support of issue resolution efforts

6. Drive issue resolution in owned accounting and cash operations area

7. Proactive support of monthly closing activities

Experience / skills required:

- In-depth understanding of Diageo's bank and treasury processes, markets and goals.

- In-depth understanding of Diageo's cash operation as well as global cash management practices.

- Strong accounting skills focusing on loan and treasury accounting

- Familiar with international payment vehicles

- Strong controls awareness

- Attention to detail

- Process management

- Ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent streams

- Ability to apply accounting concepts flexibly

- 2 to 3 years of experience with Diageo's treasury or banking processes

- 6 to 8 years of experience in SSC and/or Banking and/or Treasury environment preferably in Diageo

Qualifications:

- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting or MBA or equivalent experience

- Treasury Certifications are advantage
