Learn, invent, and sell
Every year, our Sales teams sell 6.5 billion litres of premium spirits and beer in more than 180 countries. And by joining one of our Sales graduate schemes, you'll learn how it's all done.
Together with colleagues from all corners of the world, you'll create and push boundaries as you sell and promote timeless brands like Baileys, Guinness, Johnnie Walker and Smirnoff. Using consumer insight and digital platforms, you'll find them new reasons to be purchased, new places to be sold, and new generations of consumers to delight.
In an inclusive culture, you'll be celebrated for your contributions and get all the support you need to kick-start an exciting and rewarding Sales career.

In other words, you'll not only get hands-on but also help shape the future of our brands and business by driving growth.
“I was worried that being young and relatively inexperienced would get in the way of success, but that really hasn’t been the case. I’ve always been taken seriously here.”Francisco RibeiroDirect to Consumer Platforms & Partnerships Manager, Amsterdam
