Kick-start your Finance career
As a Finance graduate at Diageo, you'll learn in a supportive and inclusive culture. You'll be at the heart of our global organisation, learning everything you need to know to develop your career within the exciting finance world — from statutory and regulatory reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting to account preparation and risk management. What's more: you'll help build some of the world's most iconic brands, like Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Baileys and Captain Morgan.
With the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues all over the world — both within and outside of Finance — you'll quickly build a network of people. With their support, you'll make your mark in the industry, push boundaries, and create a future worth celebrating.
Foresee the future and push performance
Everything in the scheme points to a real job with key responsibilities, so from day one, you'll do work that has a direct impact on our business performance and brands.
You’ll be involved in things like planning where and when to market our brands, and whether to launch new products and campaigns. You'll learn how to unveil what's behind the numbers — what they say about our current performance and what's on the horizon. Your astute analysis and appreciation for risk versus rewards will guide others’ thinking, and drive our sales.
Unlock your Financial prowess
Within an inclusive culture, you'll be encouraged to innovate, try new things, and learn. And you'll be empowered to be you. Just come as you are, with your ideas and passion, and you'll get all the help you need to realise them.
On the programme, you'll learn about:
- Preparing and maintaining accounts
- Statutory and regulatory reporting
- Planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Risk management and business assurance
- Management reporting for decision making
- Project and activity appraisal
- Working capital and project management
Whilst getting the support you need to develop, you'll also have control over your career as you build relationships, seek out opportunities and chase your ambitions. And you'll enjoy an attractive reward and benefits package.
