The Norwegian Transparency Act requires Diageo Norway AS to carry out due diligence activities to ensure we, our suppliers and business partners are operating responsibly, respecting both fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

This statement contains an account of the due diligence assessment carried out by us in 2022, and further steps we have taken to date, as well as what we’re developing for the future to address any actual and risk of adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in our operations, supply chain and through business partners of Diageo Norway AS.
