About the team:

About the role:

Trade Investment Analyst act as a partner to other functional areas to support commercial decisions and maintain a solid control.

Role must guarantee that the end to end commercial investment process is performed in a controlled way, providing visibility to the stakeholders (Financial and Commercial) regarding the completeness of the process.  Through the generation of reports from the Trade Investment Tool he/she will provide visibility to the company to make decisions based on real facts and real information about Trade Investment legalization process, possible deviations contributions or risk to WC agenda and process improvements based on expertise and best practices from other regions. 

Role is also responsible to extend capabilities through the whole Latin America markets while creating new services and standards and drive convergence with global services.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Spend execution control & management by customer / channel / segment.

  • Continuous improvement of the trade spend tool and processes involved

  • Reports generation and analysis.

  • Provide visibility and execute control of each of the commercial budgets.

  • Keep Process Documentation actualized and accurate.

Experience / skills required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Engineering of related field

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in finance, commercial finance, commercial planning.

  • Budget tracking and control management

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong MS Office knowledge

  • Fluency in English language **

  • Solid track record of customer focused mindset and difficult stakeholder influencing.
