About the role
As we continue to develop our various markets, we are hiring a Talent Engagement Manager based in Budapest, Hungary to support our European business to attract and engage the best talent.
Our Talent Engagement Managers are responsible for the end to end delivery of all aspects of both external and internal resourcing. Working in close, strategic partnership with our hiring leaders and HR community.
As Talent Engagement Manager you will plays an active role across talent acquisition, critical talent pipelining, employer brand and delivering gold standard candidate experience alongside other members of our high performing TE team.
This role will play a pivotal role in employer branding, ensuring that Diageo are an employer of choice for candidates both short-term and long-term. Diversity and inclusion sits within the heart of Diageo’s talent acquisition strategy and will be a key focus area to ensure we are attracting diverse talent into our organisation.
About you
Proven experience working as part of in-house recruitment teams, ideally in an FMCG or related industry.
Background of operating in a global, matrixed environment with a proven ability to create and implement talent attraction strategies.
A business partnering approach that combines accountability and strong outcomes with a creative, engaging style that drives positive experience with all partners.
Experienced with headhunting and sourcing techniques that enables the business to find the best, most diverse talent to grow their teams.
Excellent talent judgement skills and a data driven approach to hiring, using technology and tools to increase quality, insight and candidate experience.
Passionate about employer brand with the ability to champion it in a way that increases attraction and builds on EVP.
Previous experience in engaging, influencing and energising business partners/stakeholders across multiple locations, operating in multi-country and diverse business landscapes.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Fluency in English is essential, and any other European language, especially French, Spanish or German would be highly advantageous.
