Finance Service Delivery roles plan and handle core financial processes. They are involved in credit control, cash management and the management of banking operations, as well as incoming and outgoing payments and internal allocations.
About the Role
The Manager – OTC Business Analysis plays a pivotal role in elevating the end‑to‑end Commercial Experience within the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) lifecycle. The role focuses on enhancing performance visibility, driving insights-led decision-making, strengthening O2C processes, and enabling transformation initiatives across markets.
Success in this role requires a strong process mindset, analytical rigor, agile ways of working, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Own the Commercial Experience performance reporting framework, including daily/weekly/monthly dashboards.
- Build automated performance and KPI reports leveraging Power BI, SAP data extracts, and advanced Excel modelling.
- Generate actionable, data-backed insights to improve O2C KPIs
- Conduct deep dives, trend analysis, and root-cause assessments to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to define performance KPIs, scorecards, and analytics models that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop self‑service insights and reporting tools to empower commercial, finance, and supply chain stakeholders.
Process Transformation
- Lead/ Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the O2C value chain.
- Apply agile principles (sprint planning, backlog prioritization, iterative delivery) to drive rapid process enhancements.
- Support design, testing, and rollout of new tools, digital solutions, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with process mining teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
Order-to-Cash Operations Expertise
- Utilize deep functional knowledge of order management, billing, pricing, credit controls, and cash processes, with a strong preference for FMCG/AlcoBev industry experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely order execution and proactive issue resolution for markets supported.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer teams to improve end‑to‑end commercial operations and customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 8+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash operations.
- Hands-on experience in FMCG or AlcoBev industries.
- Strong analytical capability with expertise in Power BI, SAP, and other MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to convert data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Introduce industry benchmarks, best practices, and external insights to elevate O2C maturity and commercial experience.
- Challenge conventional approaches and propose innovative, out of the box solutions to strengthen process efficiency, digital enablement, and customer experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in agile methodologies.
- Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, UIPath Process Mining).
