About the team
Our team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of production operations. We manage maintenance strategies, utilities, energy performance, and capital investments to support safe and uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing and improving maintenance operations across production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure systems. The position ensures operational continuity, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency while contributing to investment and improvement projects. Success in this role means delivering safe, sustainable, and high-performing operations.
Role Responsibilities
Plan and manage maintenance activities for production lines, fermentation tanks, cleaning systems, pasteurization units, compressors, and boiler systems
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability
Conduct root cause analysis and develop continuous improvement initiatives
Manage maintenance planning and work orders through SAP Plant Maintenance system
Monitor energy consumption and lead energy efficiency projects
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and energy management standards
Implement safety practices in environments involving flammable and alcohol-based production processes
Manage maintenance budget, spare parts planning, and critical inventory
Lead and develop the maintenance team to strengthen technical capabilities
Contribute to machinery relocation and capital investment projects
This role offers the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives, enhance operational performance, and contribute to long-term sustainability and reliability goals.
Experience / Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of production equipment such as filling lines, conveyors, pumps, heat exchangers, and steam systems
Experience with automation systems and programmable logic controllers
Experience using SAP Plant Maintenance or similar maintenance management systems
Understanding of energy efficiency practices
Knowledge of safety standards in industrial production environments
Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and lead technical teams
Proficiency in English sufficient to understand technical documentation
