Sales Representative Luxury Portfolio
Please note this position will work with specialty stores in the South of the Netherlands (Limburg, Noord-Brabant, Zeeland). The successful candidate should be open to commute within this region daily.

The Sales Representative delivers Gold standard for quality, distribution, rotation, visibility, promotion, persuasion and relevant public relations activities.
About the role
You are the personification of our Luxury brands. You can build great relations with key influencers in the industry and know where to go to. You engage with Spec Stores owners to ensure they are selling our brands and know to tell the story behind our brands. Your job isn’t done until our products are visible to consumers and perfectly sell in the right places. You are responsible for driving and inspiring customer loyalty while implementing marketing activations in Spec stores.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct trainings/tastings across the Reserve Luxury Portfolio
Understand consumer types, attitudes and trends
Identify emerging trends and communicate that knowledge to key contacts within the team
Develop profitable programs while partnering with our customers in the spec stores channel
Use customer insights while implementing activation plans
About you
This role is not about years of experience, but about having the right attitude! This is the ideal role for a sales professional, keen to drive maximum commercial outcome, and grow within our organization in the future.
Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent is preferred
Ideally experience working in a luxury sector or spirits environment
Excellent category, brand and trade knowledge with a strong ability to identify trends and insights
Strong understanding of the motivations of Spec stores managers
Outstanding presentation and sales skills, with positive commercial results
Validated training ability, persuasive selling skills, passion for the high-end drinks business, with respect to customers and consumers
Fluency in Dutch & English
