About You:

We’re looking for an individual with a drive to be the best: a dynamic leader who encourages a breakthrough attitude and empowers every employee to exceed customer expectations.  You will be passionate about delivering our iconic brands and encouraging leaders across Diageo to achieve our bold business ambition.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration or applicable field
  • +5 years of experience in Internal Control / Internal Audit
  • English language, high spoken and written ability.
  • Experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, risk identification and analysis, policies and procedures, experience in the Big 4 is a plus.
  • Ideal knowledge of good manufacturing practices and ISO/HACCP standards.
  • Ability to build and execute training for multifunctional work teams.
  • Skills to lead process initiatives in different audiences ensuring the confirmation and standardization of processes.
  • Is able to relate, communicate and work as a team optimally with a wide variety of departments and cross-functional teams in an environment of ambiguity.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, traveling frequently to own plants and suppliers.
  • Critical thinking to translate sophisticated data into a simple solution with an analytical, simplification and automation mindset to reduce waste and non-value adding work.
  • Strong methodological problem-solving skills and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies are needed.
  • Be an example and custodian of integrity and good judgment where decision making is aligned with our values, policies and regulations.
