Type of contract: 4-months Fixed Term Contract
Salary range: the salary range budgeted for the position is PLN Gross Monthly 6,413.00 to 10,688.00 (plus bonus and additional compensation elements)

TheCustomerMarketingTeamworks closely with our key account and sales team to understand the needs of customers,shoppersand guests, as well as working closely with our brand teamsin order tofollow brand strategies.

TheCustomer Marketing Specialistsupports the CustomerMarketingTeam in delivering strong commercial execution across channels. This role works closely with Customer Marketing Managers, Sales, and Brand teams to ensuretimelydelivery of tools, materials, and processes that enable effective in‑market activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of activation plans aligned with brand and customer priorities.
Coordinate preparation and delivery of activation toolkits, POS materials, and selling stories.
Enable Sales teams by preparing briefing materials, sales decks, and activity summaries.
Track andmonitorA&Pspend, ensuringaccurateupdates, invoicehandlingand compliance with budget lines.
Coordinate with external partners on project timelines, asset delivery, and quality control.
Maintain internal systems, trackers, documentation, and commercial calendars to ensure operational excellence.
Customer Marketing Specialist – Competency‑Based Responsibilities
1. Commercial & Consumer/Customer Understanding
Applies understanding of customer, channel, and shopper dynamics to support development of relevant activation plans.
Ensures materials and assets reflect brand guidelines anddeliveragainst commercialobjectives.
2. Planning & Execution Rigor
Manages activation timelines, deliverables, and documentation with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Ensurestoolkits, POS materials, and sales assets are delivered on time and fully aligned with the commercial calendar.
Supports A&P budget tracking through disciplined logging, reconciliation, and risk identification.
3. Collaboration & Influencing
Works effectively with Sales, Brand, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
Communicates clearly, providestimelyupdates, andcoordinatespartners to enable high‑quality in‑market execution.
4. Agility & Problem Solving
Responds quickly to changes in priorities, customer needs, or timelines.
Identifiesoperational issues early and proposes practical solutions tomaintaindelivery standards.
5. Ownership & Accountability
Takesresponsibility foraccuratedata, documentation, systems management, and process execution.
Ensurescompliance with Diageo standards across financial, legal, and brand stewardship requirements.
6. External Partner Management
Coordinates operational tasks with agencies and suppliers to ensuretimelydelivery and quality assurance.
Supports the Customer Marketing Manager in managing external partners’ performance against expectations.
About you:
- Strong collaboration attitude, with the ability to build positive relationships across Sales, Brand, Finance and agencies
- Natural communicator who brings clarity, structure and simplicity to fast‑moving projects
