About the Role

We are looking for a Head of E-commerce to lead a team of Account Managers in Germany. This role requires commercial leadership, agile thinking and a growth mindset, which are critical enablers to unlocking our goals as we deliver our E-commerce ambition. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring and developing the team of E-commerce Account Managers
  • Driving our E-commerce strategy for the Pureplay Channel and the broader long term strategic vision and direction for the channel
  • Evolving and expanding the e-Marketplaces strategy (geographically and operationally) to drive quality sustainable growth through different models and customers
  • Stepping up performance management capabilities to unlock more credible and robust data
  • Partnering with the Global COE and CODE teams to feed our standard methodology to other markets and bring global initiatives to local market
  • Business partnering with Media and Marketing teams on channel brand strategy, search strategy and innovative media strategies to drive traffic and sales with key customers

About you:

  • 8+ years in E-commerce/commercial functions within Consumer Goods
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Business sense paired with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proven track record in successful delivering across various geographies and business fields
  • Training on and/or significant on-the-job exposure to complex negotiations and JBP conversations
  • Fluent in English and preferably German
