What we're looking for
We're looking for graduates who not only have the capability to succeed in our organisation today but also have the potential to be our leaders of tomorrow.
We’re looking for graduates who are both focused and far-sighted; those who can do a brilliant job right now without ever losing sight of the horizon. You’ll be an authentic, energetic, team-spirited person who follows your instincts, takes educated risks and looks to champion, influence and inspire at every turn.
Collaborate with confidence
There’s a sense of togetherness about everything we do at Diageo. You'll work side-by-side with impressive people – sometimes industry leaders – showing your confidence and creativity as collectively, we pursue the best and most innovative solutions to the challenges we face.
Be a torchbearer
The people you meet and projects you work on will continue to shape your approach to work for years to come. They’ll give you the skills, track record and credibility to become a future leader of our business. But your impact will be felt in more general terms as the strong relationships you build with fellow graduates and more experienced colleagues help us all to learn and grow together.
