You may get the opportunity to split your time on the programme between different European countries. Wherever you are, you’ll be able to build a global network of people.
"A career in Digital and Technology can be as diverse as the people who work within it – we are a global team with multiple hub locations across the world, encompassing a vast array of capabilities, where both breadth of thinking and deep technical specialism could be required."

Transform the future through technology
You'll spend your days right at the heart of our global organisation, collaborating with people all around the world. From day one, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our long-term vision. For example, you might be supporting our 'Society 2030: Spirit of Progress' agenda—a 10-year action plan to help create a more inclusive and sustainable world—by helping create innovative tech solutions.
Together with your D&T colleagues, you'll maximise our use of data and technology. Whether you're working directly with our markets to help implement new systems and capabilities, or with our Analytics and Insights team to help predict future industry trends, your work will be crucial for pushing our business to new heights.
