Value chain

We are committed to championing Value Chain Inclusion and Diversity, working closely with our suppliers and agencies to advance positive, sustainable economic impact in the diverse communities where we source.

We believe the most inclusive and diverse culture makes for a better business and a better world so we champion inclusion & diversity not only in  our own business, but also in  our entire value chain, to celebrate diversity and help shape a tolerant society.

That is why we are committing to doubling our global spend with diverse owned and operated businesses by 2025, ensuring that inclusion and diversity is embedded across out value chain.

Both within our own business and across our value chain, we view diversity in the broadest possible sense.  We consider Diverse Suppliers as those that are at least 51% owned and operated by an individual or group that is part of a traditionally underrepresented group:  Women, LGTBIQIA+, Disabled, Veteran, Ethnic minorities or any other Minority.  We will further expand the impact of our Supplier Diversity programme by asking our suppliers to utilise diverse owned and operated suppliers in their own supply chains.

We will inspire our suppliers and agencies to drive even greater diversity in their organisations, bringing diversity of thought and experience to our collective businesses.  We champion equal employee representation with our suppliers, which leads to change across our industry, and ensures economic empowerment of diverse groups.

We know that the best performing businesses prioritise inclusion and diversity and we believe it is crucial to create a culture with inclusion and diversity at its heart. Together, with our supplier and agency partners, we will create a more inclusive and diverse culture.
