Learn, empower, and drive change

In HR, you'll empower our people to be the best they can be, whilst getting the support you need to be the best you can be. You'll support and recruit talent from all corners of the world, enabling our iconic brands — from Guinness and Johnnie Walker to Baileys and Captain Morgan — to continue to delight consumers globally.

Together with your HR colleagues, you'll nurture an inclusive culture where our people's passion, expertise, experiences and perspectives are celebrated. You'll push boundaries and challenge the status quo, building a future worth celebrating. Just come as you are, with your unique mindset, experiences, and ambitions, and we'll help you realise your fullest potential.

Develop by inspiring others

From day one, you'll do work that directly impacts the heart of our organisation: our talented people.

Using your passion and knack for motivating others, you'll keep our employees inspired, engaged, and full of energy to fulfill their roles. For example, you'll build relationships with key stakeholders who deliver business-critical change. And with the support of our talented HR professionals, you'll quickly get the hang of what it means to be a true partner to the people you work with.

Gain experience across Europe

Our HR graduate programme lasts for two years and you will be able to split your time between two different countries across Europe. Main locations include England (London), Ireland, Northern Europe and Turkey.

"Being on the HR graduate programme at Diageo is an incredible experience. The most rewarding part is the level of trust and responsibility you’re given from day one — when my colleagues put trust in me, it helps me to believe in myself. Everyone I work with has wanted me to succeed and has supported me to do so."
