Our Marketing teams
The role of the Design team is to help develop and maintain a consistent, distinctive, and impactful visual identity for our business to drive sales and push performance. You’ll be responsible for delivering our Design strategy and brand identity across all consumer touchpoints: packaging (including limited editions), customer marketing, and digital.
In our Consumer Brand team, you’ll lead the development and launch of new marketing programmes, designed to drive growth and manage the performance of our iconic brands.
Media and Digital
Our Media and Digital team is at the forefront of digital marketing. In this team, you'll tap into a generation of consumers who expect their content to be device and channel-specific, and who see no difference between content and commerce.
In the Consumer Planning team, you'll have a deep understanding of what motivates consumers to buy their favourite products. You'll use this knowledge to develop insights and innovative ideas that help us sell more and drive growth.
