On 7^th March 2022, we held a LinkedIn Live webcast with Johnnie Walker’s first female Master Blender, the CEO and MD of Diageo India, and African Media Entrepreneur and Personality, Adelle Onyango, about how they have broken the bias.

Hosted by Diageo’s newly appointed Chief HR Officer, Louise Prashad, the panel shared their stories, challenges, and personal reflections to mark International Women’s Day 2022 and discussed what more we can all be doing to #BreakTheBias.

One of the stars from Guinness’ latest pan-African campaign, Adelle Onyango joined us. Named as one of the BBC’s most inspirational and innovative women and Facebook’s Icons of Change, Adelle has gained international recognition for her efforts to empower African women.
