Our Retail Back of House Assistants support the smooth operations of the Johnnie Walker Princes Street retail store, enabling the Sales team to provide exceptional customer service and bespoke sales experiences. You'll be responsible for receiving deliveries, organising and replenishing stock, maintaining the stock room and ensuring all back-office operations are complete.

To be successful, you’ll need retail (or related) experience and be guided by a customer-first mindset. You’ll have the ability to use your own judgement and make effective decisions and have exception organisation skills, great attention to detail and an ability to accurately input information and to respond to enquiries in a timely fashion.
