Situated in the heart of Edinburgh city on bustling Princes Street, we’re looking for top Retail Associates to serve our customers from around the world and support their whisky exploration. Our Retail team are trained to become brand, product, and whisky category experts, interacting with our visitors to interpret their desires, making purchase suggestions for mementos, all whilst providing a personalised experience for each guest. Alongside serving customers, you’ll play a key role in the merchandising, inventory control and overall operations of the store.
To be successful, you’ll need great retail (or related) experience and be guided by a customer-first mindset. Working with both visitors and colleagues in a fast-paced environment, you’ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be passionate about enhancing the experience of every visitor.
