ESG governance and reporting

We know how important it is to our business to create shared value and act responsibly. We have put structures in place to ensure we can successfully implement our ESG plan and report on the progress we have made.

Our 'Society 2030: Spirit of Progress' 10-year ESG action plan is endorsed at the highest level in our business and is being embedded across our operations. The plan consists of 25 ambitious targets focused on three core strategic pillars that are most material to our business - promoting positive drinking, championing inclusion and diversity and pioneering grain-to-glass sustainability.

We think about the long-term value and impact we create, and the risks and opportunities of our operating environment and business model.

Reporting transparently on our progress is a central part of our corporate disclosure and reporting practice, it helps us to manage ESG risks, seize opportunities and promote sustainable development everywhere we live, work, source and sell. We believe that to be a truly sustainable company we must report our impact in a meaningful way.
