Celebrating our tenth Diageo Leadership Performance Programme

Diageo had cause for celebration in January 2015 as our tenth cohort of leaders joined the Diageo Leadership Performance Programme (DLPP).

This year's group of 160 executive-level employees began the 12-month programme in the footsteps of 1,062 predecessors, who have all benefited from the DLPP's range of leadership and capability development. The programme aims to immerse and induct newly appointed leaders into Diageo’s ethos of purpose-driven and inspirational leadership, through executive coaching, peer learning, and a four-day global learning event.

The DLPP offers a global approach to leadership development, which is reinforced by local interventions in order to spread the benefits through our markets. It is designed to be a key part of fulfilling Diageo's performance ambition, by accelerating individual and collective performance through enhanced leadership throughout our organisation – because we believe that inspirational leadership helps our employees deliver exceptional performance.
