Our Supply Chain is an intricate and sophisticated operation that’s the product of logistical, manufacturing and technical collaborations globally.

We want your ideas to improve our processes and help shape our future. You could be looking at ways to drive sustainability in all we do, helping develop more cost-effective bottling techniques or creating innovative new packaging methods.

As we hunt for the next supply graduate cohort, we spoke to our supply graduates about their time at Diageo.

What’s the most exciting thing about your Supply Chain job?

“One of the most exciting things about the supply graduate programme is that I have the opportunity to work across a number of different functions. I am given the chance to find my passions and leverage them in the workplace”
Gianne Nandra, Performance Improvement Lead

What excites me the most is that the opportunities are endless. The nature of Diageo’s size and global reach means that whatever your passion or location, there is space to really stretch yourself.”
Charlotte McGowan, Global Category Specialist, Packaging

What opportunities has the Supply Graduate Programme given you?

“The supply graduate scheme has allowed me to work with people all over the world. it’s such a positive working environment where I feel truly supported and encouraged to thrive”
Annabel Kershaw, Market Planner Trainee

The graduate programme has given me vast opportunity to work in a range of locations, from a small seaside town in Scotland to the busy city centre of Budapest. I love the diversity of roles that you get to experience on the Supply Graduate Programme, it has helped me develop so much, both professionally and personally.”
Katherine Montgomery, Demand Planning Analyst

What advice would you give to someone thinking about applying to the Diageo graduate scheme?

“One piece of advice I wish I had was about the variety of backgrounds everyone has on the graduate scheme. You don’t need a specific degree when applying to Diageo. It’s about the skills you have and your character, so don’t let your degree background stop you from applying!”
Robbie Monaghan, Logistics Excellence, Dundas House

“Diageo embrace diversity and have a strong inclusive culture so as cliché as it sounds, my advice is to be yourself.”
Eleanor Walters, Europe Logistics Operations APAC
