Our new creative campaign aims to attract the best new talent
We have developed a bold creative campaign to coincide with the launch of our new Global Graduate Programme.

The programme is looking to recruit 350 talented graduates in 40 countries over the next 12 months, and these graduates will join the existing cohorts around the world to form the global graduate programme.The recruitment process started in Africa and Australia at the end of the summer and is now in progress in the United States and in Europe. More than half the positions available as part of the programme are in emerging market countries, including India, Nigeria and Mexico, where we are expanding further to grow our business faster and increase the diversity of our company.
The graduate programme is a three-year rotational placement during which graduates have the opportunity to work across different functions and countries within five business areas: Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance and Supply. By joining all graduates globally, we are building a connected community of early career talent, which will create cross-functional, cross cultural networks of colleagues to take the business forward. Every graduate gets the backing and support of a mentor from within the organisation, to help them successfully navigate their careers and introduce them to our culture ‒ which is rooted in a deep sense of our purpose and values, the personal connections we have to our brands, our relationships and our passion to win in the marketplace.
The campaign sees a series of powerful ads that express the character of Our business, showcase its great brand stories, and indicate the special qualities that it is seeking in its people – those people who will take on the responsibility for actively shaping the future of the company. The campaign was developed to resonate strongly with graduate candidates but will also extend further to attract talent at all levels to meet the needs of our future.
