Diageo’s Chief Executive and Chairman of Movement to Work, Ivan Menezes, has this week joined forces with the Confederation for British Industry (CBI) to champion diversity within the workplace.
Speaking at the CBI’s ‘Boosting Growth through Inclusive Workplaces: Business Insight conference’ in London, Ivan joined a panel of speakers to discuss the importance of a diverse workforce, how companies can create an inclusive working environment while calling on more employers to become ambassadors for change.

Movement to Work is a collaboration of some of the UK’s biggest employers, aiming to tackle youth unemployment through the provision of high-quality work experience placements to young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). This aim is aligned to Diageo’s skills agenda, through our Learning for Life programme and apprenticeship programme in Scotland.
