Supply Graduates

Hear directly from some of our past and present Graduates as they share some of the reasons they love working here, as well as tips for success during the program.

Why apply?

“As a Material Science Engineer from Georgia Tech, there are typical career avenues to go down, but I knew they weren’t for me. I had to learn when applying to jobs that my dreams of creating a more sustainable world through corporations couldn’t be achieved all at once. I needed to gain a lot more experience and build new skills to be prepared to pursue this dream, and the Supply Rotational Program felt like the right next step for me to do just that. This program gives me the opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of a Global Supply Chain, which is an invaluable experience.”

“Diageo’s commitment to its purpose, ‘Celebrating life, everyday, everywhere’, really resonated with me, because it’s my own personal mission in life. It’s uplifting when I go into a bar or a store and see people enjoying our products, because I know I had a part in it.”

“Ask all of the questions you can. Never be afraid to speak out if you don’t understand a concept or assignment. There is a lot to learn, and you won’t learn it all in one day. And be ready to take on challenges. Those challenges will help you grow and love what you do.”

“Advocate for your dreams and aspirations. From my very first day, I made sure to work with my team members, program faculty and mentors to identify and acquire the skills I need to become a great project manager and sustainability advocate. Through these conversations, I have been able to create more connections and have more people in my corner as I learn to navigate the corporate world.”
