This week the bartending elite can be found battling it out for the top spot at the World Class Bartender of the Year Final - the world’s biggest cocktail competition - in Mexico City. In between judging the shaking and straining skills of the World Class Finalists, some of the leading lights of the food and drinks industry have been getting together in Mexico to uncover the main trends they expect to see next year.

Global Cocktailian Lauren Mote led a panel discussion including mixology legend Dre Masso; Australian MasterChef host & judge Matt Preston; Alex Kratena (formerly of Artesian – three time winner of World’s Best Bar) and previous winner of World Class Bartender of the Year Charles Joly.
