Zacapa has released a new four-part documentary series to celebrate the patience and quality that goes into every bottle and to explore the idea that the best things cannot be rushed.

Hosted by Kamilla Seidler, Best Female Chef in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016 and head chef of the award-winning Gustu, Bolivia, the series embarks on a journey of discovery. Travelling to Spain, Italy, Mexico and the US, Seidler shares a glass of Zacapa with four leading chefs who are redefining the world of gastronomy by embracing the art of slow both inside and outside their kitchens:

  • Diego Guerrero (Spain) – the two Michelin star Chef at DSTAgE Madrid
  • Guillermo González Beristaín (Mexico) – Chef at Pangea, Monterrey and winner of the Chefs’ Choice Award in Latin America's 50 Best restaurants 2016
  • Diego Rossi (Italy) – Head Chef at Trippa, Milan (awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand), and former chef at Antiche Contrade, Cuneo, where he earned the restaurant a Michelin star
  • Cesar Zapata (USA) – Chef at Phuc Yea! And, previously, at The Federal, Miami
