Diageo named 11th World’s Best Workplace for 2017

As Great Place to Work® announces the World’s Best Workplaces for 2017, Diageo is included amongst the 25 companies for a seventh consecutive year.

Diageo has been ranked as the 11th World’s Best Workplace, in recognition of the hard work and commitment of its employees worldwide. This marks the seventh year in a row that Diageo has made the top 25, rising eight places from 19th last year, and its standing is down to the strong company culture created by the people it employs.

As well as ranking 2nd highest among the FMCG companies listed in the top 25, Diageo also received distinction in the Great Place to Work® best company lists in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay and Venezuela. What’s more, Diageo was the only beverages company represented in the top 25.

This year’s list, based on more than 6,600 organisations and 10 million employees worldwide, assessed employees’ perspectives on leadership, organisational culture, and trust.
