Diageo employees showcase the Purpose and Values of the business in this year’s The Bigger Picture competition
Since its launch in 2014, The Bigger Picture celebrates Diageo’s Purpose and Values, by inspiring people around the world to use photography and film to bring them to life.

The annual competition, which is open to all employees, invites entrants to submit photos they've taken which they feel best capture Diageo’s Purpose and Values – Celebrating life, every day, everywhere.
Hundreds of entries were received, all demonstrating outstanding quality and creativity. The judges – made up of members of Diageo’s executive team – then shortlisted five photographs per category for employees to vote on.
With thousands of votes cast and counted, Robert Szabo, Logistics Advisor for BSS, Europe, was awarded the overall prize, for his photo captioned - ‘Celebrate good times’.

This year’s competition also saw the addition of a new short film category to run alongside the six photography categories. For this category employees were tasked with representing Diageo’s Purpose and Values in a 30 second film.
The award for this new category was won by Harriet Howey, Joshua Kolijn, Bobbie Saxon & Arlene Amitirigala from the Europe and Global Functions Corporate Reputation team, for their captivating behind the scenes film that explored the skill and craft of their colleagues in the Diageo cooperage and archive.
