Championing sustainable cocktails: from London's bars to consumers kitchens

Ketel One Vodka has kicked-off a month-long residency in London with a series of masterclasses to inspire people to create sustainable cocktails at home

Feature

Ketel One is championing a more sustainable approach to creating cocktails, with the launch of a pop-up bar that features a bespoke menu of environmentally friendly serves, aimed at inspiring consumers to make sustainable cocktails at home.

Mixologist and Ketel One brand ambassador Kate Jackson has worked with the bar team and chefs at The Refinery Regent’s Place to identify leftover ingredients from the kitchen to create a menu featuring sustainable serves.

  • ‘Ultimate Bloody Marys’: how to use leftover ingredients that you can find in your kitchen to create this renowned serve
  • ‘Urban Foraging & Mixology’: tips to identify and use ingredients from an urban green space within cocktail making

With a wave of sustainable cocktail innovations taking off across the bartending industry, Ketel One are helping consumers to create these more environmentally friendly cocktails in their own kitchens:
