A four-day learning event in Istanbul illustrates Diageo's commitment to authentic leadership throughout our business.
In October 2013, 230 of the leadership talent in our company gathered in Istanbul for our latest 'global learning event', the highlight of our Diageo Leadership Performance Programme (DLPP).
The event brings together all the themes that mark out DLPP as an industry-leading initiative - 12 months of learning and capability-building, one-to-one coaching by executive performance coaches, leadership insight sessions, and personal exploration, as well as individual feedback.
The design of the DLPP reflects our belief that great leadership is at the core of everything we do, and that higher levels of individual and business performance can be unlocked through transformational leaders. It is designed and delivered through a faculty of Executive Committee members and senior leaders from within the business, with targeted external input. DLPP is truly global, creating a deeper sense of connection and collaboration amongst leaders all over the world.
