Support is indispensable
We call our regional HR teams ‘First Point’. From Budapest, they support both Europe and the Americas. Join the First Point team and you’ll be part of a group bringing HR support services to around 9,500 employees across 20+ countries globally. You could be involved in anything from HR system support and policy and process advice, to document creation and resource co-ordination.
But there are many other areas where your impact could be felt. In Capability Infrastructure you’ll support learning, content portal integration and global course launches. Join us in Rewards Operation and you’ll take care of the annual rewards cycle, and process change training. Or get onboard the Payroll team to make sure employees and pensioners get paid on time.
